We specialize in pressure cleaning as well as post construction cleaning and professional interior and exterior window, frame, and sill maintenance. Currently we have a number of commercial and high profile residential clients that we service. Initial Service has been in business for thirteen years and, as the owner, I have worked in this industry for more than 16 years on some of Chicago’s most prominent developments. We have a staff that is professional, and knowledgeable. We pride ourselves in our work. My windows are sparkling clean and clear. They did an excellent job, both in cleaning my windows and handing it all very neatly inside. There were no concerns with water spills or splatters. They took care to leave anything they had to move as they found it. They were accommodating to any special concerns that as in window hangings that needed to be removed and cleaned, etc.
They were easy to have in the house and seemed to take more care than anyone but my previous window cleaner, who had gone out of business and referred me to them.
- The work done was excellent. The crew arrived and went to work immediately. I have approximately three stories on an old Victorian style house. My gutters were in horrible shape. There are a lot of trees in my area, and they drop pods that grow rapidly. I had my gutters cleaned last year but the company only cleaned what could be seen with the naked eye. I am a senior and I cannot get on a ladder to check behind workers. I could tell the difference after a big rain when the gutters and downspouts worked as they should. Would highly recommend this company.
