Needed to replace old garage doors. Marcos came out to give estimates quickly and after comparing quotes was less. The Key is the disposal cost for old doors. He was knowledgeable and gave me great tips to maintain new doors in working and lasting condition. Work was done in a few hours for two doors, in the pouring rain mind you. Will definitely call him for a yearly maintenance inspection.

An extraordinary experience working with Marcos Infantino, a garage door guru. Our garage door completely went kaput, with rollers falling off, bolts all over the floor, tracks bent, wood siding cracking up, and hinges beyond repair. The darn ugly thing wouldn't open even with the manual override. We couldn't go to work. I was sure I needed a new door. Of the six people I contacted, only Marcos called right back. I called highly-rated North Shore Garage Door at 7AM and the administrator said I'd hear back at 8AM. No call! Other recommended repairers were available in two or three weeks, the ones who returned my call. Well, Marcos asked many good questions and was over that afternoon for a free quote. At his truck I discussed the doors I found at all the DIY stores, and he showed me options that were immediately available. But when he checked out the door, he shared that he could fix it in 45 minutes at a quote way less than the guy we've used for years charged for a simple service call - I though our usual guy was too expensive and didn't call him in the first place. Good move! Marcos fixed the door in the time promised but shared that because the springs were over twenty years old, one snapped. He was so apologetic. Luckily, he had replacements in his truck, said it would take another 40 more minutes and said he would honor his original quote - that he'd perform the extra work for free. He did a fantastic job. The door works like a gem now and he gave us a 5-minute lesson on how to best maintain the door. I paid him more than he quoted given his extra work, value, integrity and know-how. Marcos did an exceptional job fixing our garage door. We were worried we d have to replace the entire door, but instead we only needed to remove the existing spring system, and install torsion springs which was less than third of the cost of replacing the whole door. He was very thorough at explaining everything too, which was appreciated since I don t know much about the mechanics of garage doors. I contacted Infantino s to get an estimate on repairing garage door. They came out and found a simple fix was needed. They got the door working and did not charge me for their service. They also provided an inspection of the whole door system. Another company had come earlier in the day to provide an estimate which was for $450. I will stick with Infantino s for my door needs!

Very responsive to my call. The Tech, Marcus, who serviced the door was clearly knowledgeably and experienced. He came out same day and made the repair in about an hour. He even diagnosed the cause of the failure was a bad ball bearing and replaced that too. He had all the parts in his truck. All in all, great job. Couldn't ask for anything better.

This morning I posted garage door repair quote on Home Advisor and chose two big companies to request quote. Nobody responded. Within two minutes after I posted my quote, Infantino invited me to contact them. Called them at 8am and Marcos came to my house at 11:00am promptly. He gave us very detailed explanation about why it was broken, how to fix it and how to self-check the function of garage door after he fixed my garage door in one hour.
