Industrial Access / Chicago Office
About us
Industrial Access the Chicago IL / Hammond IN area is a leader for working at height or in hard to reach areas by combining rope access techniques and skilled tradesmen to complete a number of specialty tasks. IA's expert teams of SPRAT-certified technicians can perform complex work at great heights, including industrial chimney inspection cleaning, smokestack repairs, NDT testing and more. We work in situations with obstructions or interferences that would make conventional approaches using scaffolding, lifts or cranes cost-prohibitive or physically impractical. We also have a Mechanical Services division that offers boiler maintenance & repairs, scrubber FRP piping, pipe & structural welding, and retrofitting equipment to modernize capabilities and achieve optimal performance. Serving the power generation, pulp & paper, cement, heavy industrial, and manufacturing sectors with plant maintenance, electrical services, boiler & vessel repair, and more. Our Bulk Materials division offers an all-encompassing array of services dedicated to any industry handling bulk materials like cement, lime, coal, grain, salt, clay, fly ash, agricultural storage, and more. We have the experience and specialty tools needed for the cleaning, inspection, repair, and maintenance of any bulk material storage structures including silos, tanks, bins, bunkers, and cargo ships.
