Garrick was excellent to work with.  He is very busy so he was consistently late the 3-4 times that he has come over but he texted or called almost every time.  He initially came over to discuss the project and provided a good estimate and other ideas.  He then returned at a pre-set time to do the work.  His pricing is more reasonable than others and he works hard and fast when he was in our apartment.  
He can fix or repair or consult on just about anything.  He is an expert at hanging up pictures and artwork as well as some kids fixtures.  We continue to call him as we build a list of things for him to help us with, including touching up older furniture.  He was a big help as we got settled into our apartment.  He also put together some furniture and came up with some good ideas about lighting.  He is our go-to handyman.

No. I resent the inabliity to give a great review without spending alot of time providing a story from "start to finish". If this isn't enough then I am sorry.

Arrived on time. Purchased rather expensive materials w/o requiring a deposit. Worked diligently with good craftsmanship in all areas. Scheduled on weekend and evenings to fit my requirements. Amiable personality. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Richard was highly recommended to us by friends of ours that were very satisfied with Richard's services. I decided to hire Richard to help with my move to my new house. I called Richard up a couple days before my move and he was willing to help me out. On the day of the move Richard helped me unpack my boxes, helped organize my furniture in my new space, and re-assembled my bookshelf, dining table and entertainment center. The next day Richard put up my shower curtains, bathroom hooks, and towel bar. He installed new shelving units in my bedroom closet and attached a curtain rod in my front window. He also installed new door handles on my bathroom and kitchen cabinets. Richard even hung up my paintings for me. Throughout the process Richard was very professional and polite. He made this move go very easy. I work long days and the last thing I want to spend my free time on is assembling shelving units or putting up curtain rods. I would definitely recommend Richard.
