Impressive Window Treatments

Chuck Jerger apparently is the first and last name of window treatments.  We had called a few companies in the area that sell Hunter Douglas, but were thoroughly disappointed by each of them -- some had pushy salespeople, others missed appointments or didn't return calls, and still others refused to provide transparent quotes.  When we had just about thrown in the towel, a friend of ours recommended that we call Chuck.  We ultimately found him, and are glad we did.  He provided very helpful insight into the various options of Hunter Douglas products -- he saved us a ton of money by suggesting that we buy different quality levels based on where the shades would be installed (i.e., cheaper items in less likely to be viewed areas, nice items in "showcase" areas, etc.).  His quote was very detailed and easy to follow, and he was explicit regarding what items were eligible for rebates and which were not, and also was clear about rebate deadlines.  It's been nearly eighteen months since Chuck installed everything, and his products and installation have been perfect.  Highly recommended!
