Founded by Daniel P. Fowler in 1998, IDC has developed in excess of $100 million of high-end condominium and single family homes in Chicago's near north side. It was a very easy process working with Impressionist Homes from start to finish. We went to them with a list of improvements we wanted to make to the building, they gave us quotes for the work and then we contracted with them to begin the work. Throughout the process Impressionist Homes also made sure to keep us aware of any other issues they came across in the building; which as a new owner of the building, it was very helpful to have someone looking out for those issues.

They were great! Their sub-contractors were respectful, diligent and very skilled workers. The damaged custom trim was replaced and it matches perfectly. The shelves were replaced and you can't tell they were ever removed. The house looks just like it did before the storm... actually it looks better. Robert was onsite each morning when the sub-contractors arrived. He returned throughout the day to monitor their progress and he and his crew cleaned up after themselves each evening. It was a very long project but his portion moved quickly and they finished a week early.
