I had purchased two (2) mobile auto detail vouchers from Imperial through Living Social. I used the first one. The quality was not very good, but I chose to not be picky. I had scheduled the second one, but then the owner asked to cancel due to weather and being busy. I understood. Soon thereafter, my mother was diagnosed with a terminal illness. I had to take care of her, etc. I called and spoke with the owner of Imperial, explained my situation, and asked if I could use the final voucher after the deadline. He said no problem, and I confirmed this via email. This correspondence has been turned over to Living Social as well as the Better Business Bureau. When I went to redeem the final voucher, he said that these types of offers "are killing his business" and he won?t honor it. Stunned, I contacted Living Social. They won?t do anything about it, other than informing him that he was breaking the law. So now, Imperial is demanding additional money for me to access the already paid amount and get my car detailed. He also won't refund the money I have paid. He just wants to keep the money and demand more! This guy/business is nothing but a crook. Don't consider for one second supporting this business.
