II Bulls Mechanical Services Inc

Was assigned to work with II Bulls Mechanical per my Home Warranty for a furnace replacement. They missed their delivery window and refused to finish the service (by sealing furnace parts) as it was getting late (because they missed their delivery window). I tried to schedule them to seal the furnace parts and they would not schedule the time unless I hired them to clean my ductwork. They provided a really expensive quote for the duct cleaning, so initially I passed on that and then tried to schedule them to seal the furnace. They wouldn't schedule it and nearly cut their original ductwork quote in half. I swallowed my pride and took their quote just so I could get my ducts cleaned (which was needed anyways - and this wasn't the best quote) and furnace sealed. They missed their service window again, and this time severely damaged my property from the duct cleaning service. The chemicals they used dyed my window treatments green. For the roughly $500 service, the damages were 10 times that (it's $5,000+ to replace my window treatments). II Bulls was unresponsive mostly, then completely disrespectful and unhelpful. Since the date of the duct cleaning and furnace sealing, the furnace sealant has fallen off and had to be reapplied. II Bulls has not worked with me to remedy the situation (they saw the damages and claim it's not their fault and that I'm lying, they refuse to offer to pay for all or some of the window treatment replacement).
