Most of all I was pleasantly surprised at the price which included installation. They had five people working on this. They were very careful with the installation. It only took them two and a half days. The quality is very good. They helped us move our furniture back. We are very pleased with the floors.

The one hour window for delivery of material stretched out to three hours, the first sign work wouldn't go smoothly. The boss showed up only the first day. When workers left the second day, they indicated they'd be back to finish up--the sink wasn't hooked up because the floor level wasn't the same, something that should have been anticipated. I didn't have enough molding for trim, but even that wasn't put down. Undercuts for doors were sloppy. The toilet was bolted down with the bolts from the toilet seat, so the ceramic caps wouldn't fit. A door wasn't cut down, so it won't close due to the floor being higher than before. I gave a workman $36 ostensibly for the toilet seal, something that was included in the quoted price (my mistake in being gullible). In the workmen's defense, they spoke very little English, so communication was difficult. I filed a claim with iFLOOR but they've been totally unresponsive. Phone calls are unanswered. Overall, an expensive lesson.
