Tricky installation of exterior ornamental iron handrails on masonry front steps. Bobby Ibarra and his crew worked up an excellent plan and worked with me on the design to improve the basic concepts that I brought them.
I was concerned that the rail anchors would damage the masonry veneer, but Ibarra Group LLC came though with an excellent plate mounting concept that is very secure and non-injurious to the brick work.
It also was important to me that the ornamental style and placement of the rails and mounting plates be compatible with the 1903 design of the structure. He worked up a beautiful set of rails that not only look good, but also serve their intended safety purpose very well.
In the end I couldn't be more pleased with their workmanship, installation, and pricing.
And on top of all that, Bobby Ibarra threw in several wire mesh gate protectors to keep unauthorized people from reaching through the gate.
A+ from me in all respects.
