Thank You for giving us the opportunity! We understand the nature of the business, and that's why we thank you. iB Construction Group is a full service company. We offer all points of service in building repairs and construction. We predominantly serve commercial and industrial clients. However, we specialize in solving issues that are either reoccurring, or too difficult for others to resolve. Our team has generations of experience to help solve your problems, or build your dream room, home, or building. Our rates depend on the task. The majority of our charges are based on a flat rate charge. We do offer free 2nd opinions on work estimated to cost over $1,000.00. We offer free estimates on major repairs, and charge a modest fee of $125 for service calls or estimates of repairs less than $1,000.00. This includes travel, parking, and up to 30 minutes of troubleshooting. Before any additional charges are incurred, we will submit a formal estimate for your approval. This fee does not include emergency, overtime calls. All charges are COD. Either credit card or cash will be accepted. Our consulting services allows you to choose a contractor with ease. Say you need major repairs or are building a new project. Hire us to be on your side for meetings, inspections, or just assistance in making sure the project is being completed, the right way. On time, on budget. We realize we can't win every project that gets our way, but we can definitely help you make sure its getting done.
