I used their services for close to a year. It was always a different crew coming to clean. They did not always do what I asked or the same things each time. I was paying to have two women for two and a half hours. I came home two different times and there was only one woman cleaning. I was not very pleased with their service.

"Dear (Member name removed) ! Your first cleaning was $ 125 and we send 2 cleaning ladies . I explained to you that if we come every 4 weeks 2 cleaners will come for 2 full hours for $ 100 or 1 cleaning lady for 4 hours . I always checked with you if you are satisfied and You always said Yes . When you were not happy I resend the cleaners to correct the problems . I feel you gave incorrect info about me and you did paid $ 100 every month if you check your checking book . I was in touch with you all the time by e-mail or by phone . Same ladies cleaned most of the time and you were not there . When you came home one time you saw one cleaning lady working and you did not know how long she was already there . I feel getting C is not honest of You ."

I would not recommend them. The first time they came out, they are fabulous and awesome. I got them back two weeks later and their website said they work on their hands and knees. I used them before at my old house and they did them on hand and knees. The second time, they did not. I walked in immediately and I noticed that the floor were not done on hands and knees, you can just tell. They missed a few things in the shower, there were still shower spots in the shower. Their charge was $110, I didn't have them as many hours because it wasn't required. I reached out to Maggie via e-mail and her response to me was "My girls did a good job. They washed your floors twice. If you want your house to look better then have more hours," and I said "Maggie, listen to yourself. Washing my floors twice by using a mop is exactly the same thing as washing them once on hands and knees for an hour's perspective. I still have her e-mails. It was very disappointing. We went back and forth with e-mails so I would give them a big fat "F". I have the e-mails and I'm blown away by it, it's unbelievable.

"Dear [member name removed]! You used my service many times before, then you stopped & call me back after long period of time again so I feel that rating us as a F is not really fair. We tried our best to clean your house in the amount that you paid for. The only thing that you were not satisfy was that floors were not washed by hands. The cleaners were working hard in your house , same cleaners that did a great job the first time when you took them for 3 hours for $ 150. I like you to give me a chance to fix this & if you need them to wash your floors on their knees - they will and you already know They can do a very good job. I always check with the clients after and You said everything looked good . Please let me fix this and resend the crew to wash your floors without using mop for free."

They kept changing dates and times. The first time they cleaned they did a good job and charged 100.00. The second time they cleaned they did a lousy job and charged 60.00. I had to call and complain about the work. They came back and cleaned without charging.

We have been customers of Huk for years. They accommodate our work hours by arriving at 6:30am. The staff is always friendly. Some difficulty in communicating due to their lack of English skills. So everything doesn't always get done the way I would like. The job they do isn't bad. They used to pay more attention to detail e.g. getting cobwebs and dirt out of corners. They are good with my anxious dog.

I have a 2000 sq ft home, they do a very good job for my family. They are friendly to my daughter and my dog. My dad also used there service for a while before he retired.

They have turned out to be a great service. They are very explicit about the supplies that they will need and if you don't have the than they will bring their own at a bit extra charge. The cleaners are very good and even though they do not speak English, which I would feel more comfortable if they did, it has not been a problem regarding the quality of their work.
