Jeff is a past president of the Illinois Home Inspectors association (I might have the name wrong). He was recommended to me by a former president of the same association who was unavailable to do my inspection. He gave us a really low price estimate for our house and did the work on a Saturday so that we could be present. He allowed us to film the entire inspection which took more than 3 hours even though he also took digital photos of all potential problems. His inspectors report was great, explains what the potential effects of a problem situation might be if the situation isn't corrected. He was incredibly thorough and his analysis has unfortunately proven 100% accurate on the problems we didn't fix. His report was available just a couple days after he finished the work, and available on-line so you can share your report with anyone you need to via e-mail. He really delivers a high quality service.
