HOMERUN TECHNOLOY

Installation work was fine. The progamming of the equipment was lengthy, and in the end, was a major problem. Though the company was always responsive to complains, the fix never lasted. Speakers would not always work. Satelite radio would go out. Then, new music would not download properly. Troubleshooting constantly to reboot system on most weekends was a constant frustration over 3 years. We have restored a home during the past 5 years, with this project was by far the most problematic and disappointing. In the end, we had no other choice but to replace the system.

Never finished the project

Homerun came delivered on everything I wanted. After the survey and agreeing on the project, the equipment was ordered. The crew came out and began the work. They had to figure out how all of the wire or pull wires were run as I didn't know exactly where they went to and from. This didn't make the job any easier, but they figured it out and got all of the wire pulled and ten speakers installed. All of the audio equipment was staged and set up and the remotes programed to my equipment. The installers had to cut holes in the walls for the speakers, but they cleaned up all of the dry wall and vacuumed leaving the rooms just as they found them. When the project was complete, everything worked as I had hoped. It was done quickly, cleanly and on budget. I would use Homerun again.

Tim and his crew were great. They were respectful, professional and timely. All the work they did was seamless and still functions without a hitch. I wish I had hired them from the start. It says a lot when you feel comfortable with someone in your home. This was the case with Homerun Technology.
