Yes, I recommend this pro
They were fabulous!  They answered my questions without charging me.  They are efficient, respond immediately, and have excellent work.  Their fees are reasonable and they are there when you need them.  They are also a provider for the Home Warranty Association.

They were trying to help me with my air conditioner but I am not quite sure that is still a focus with. I did not choose them. They were provided to me to a warranty company. He was just awful. The guy’s name was Tom. Since he spilled in the tamp, and he cleaned, still, he did not fixed it. He has to get somebody else to fix the problem. He put in and kept it clean. He put in a lot of oil, never showed up when he said he was supposed to. He never called when he said he was calling to. It was just all around. The only reason I was stuck with the guy, I have to use him to use the warranty company, required it, and only have for a several time. They only have to send me somebody else. From May to August, they took them 3 months to fix the air conditioner, all summer.

We were referred to this company by our home warranty plan. Tom came out when we had a failure on our furnace.
Time 1:  dignosed the problem said he needed to order a part
Time 2: week later. Replaced the system board and pressure sensor.
When he left not only did the furnace not work, the AC now did not work.  He said he had to order "12 block"  I did try and help him out over the phone and found that he installed the system board off so that the wires got pulled out.   He also put extra holes in the furnace.
Time 3: a week later he replaced the "12 block"  explaining that he had to wait on the part (they sell them at home depot)
When he left it still did not work
Time 4: He came back and found out he had put the wrong wire in.  fixed it and left
Checking the furnance I was back to my original problem.  Tom said he would replace the fuel regulator.
Time 5: 10 days later; No Show
Time 6: 1 week later.  Replaced gas regulator.  No change.
HERE IS THE BEST PART:  Two days after he left we smelled a gas leak! We had someone come out and we found that the gas regulator was installed at a 60% angle of how it was supposed to go in.  It was leaking gas!!!!!!  (Ill try to post a picture) SO right now we have the gas shut off.
According to the Home Warranty company he called and said that although the furnace did not work, the AC did and that was OK.  They closed out the repair order.
NOTE: The call was only about the furnace. AC always worked
End result: The furnace is SIGNIFICANTLY more damaged than when he started.
and we are out money
