Awning Service
THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POOR. THE COMPANY WAS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE PRODUCT THEY WERE SELLING. WE ORDERED THE AWNING IN MARCH OF 2004, AND DID NOT GET ALL THE PROBLEMS RESOLVED UNTIL MAY. THEY HAD TO COME TO DO REPAIRS AT LEAST 4 TIMES. THEY WERE SLOW TO RESPOND, DID NOT RETURN CALLS, AND MADE EXCUSES FOR EVERYTHING.
