Terrible customer service in the custom blinds department. My story is a nightmare, and I don't wish this upon anyone not even my worst enemy. I ordered custom blinds in December 2016, and they delivered them in April 2017! Then they took the wrong measurements and kept telling me that they had to send the guy out to measure again 3x! The manager Angel and her sidekick Alicia are liars, they told me they would give me compensation for all my troubles and inconvenience after the final delivery, well when the time came she kept dodging my calls regarding the compensation. After 3 days of leaving messages, Angel and her gofer Alicia put me on speakerphone and finally called me to tell me that they will not be compensating me period. Total frauds and liars. Never ever ever order custom blinds from Home Depot ever. You're better off going to Lowe's. Lowes has better customer service hands-down. It's pretty sad that Angel is not quite an angel, she's a liar, a crook and a fraud. She is not a person that keeps her promise, a terrible terrible example of a manager. Corporate will be notified of her unprofessionalism and the terrible customer service I received here at Home Depot on Elston Avenue. I'm warning you, stay away from the custom blinds department here at Home Depot on Elston Avenue. Angel and Alicia need to get out of the service industry, because all they do is **** out lies.

He came when he said he would.  Did what he said he could.  He did a good job.  The doors look great.
