Cabinet Refacing and Refinishing
I had a very weird interaction with them a couple of years
ago. I was at their store on Clinton Street looking for something else and somebody
came up to me and asked whether I was interested in cabinet refacing. I said
yes because I had been thinking about it for some time. Somebody then called me to
make an appointment when my husband and I would both be home. I told him
that I would be there since I make the decisions. Then I got a call
canceling the appointment. I made a new appointment and the same thing happened.
It became obvious to me that they wanted both of us there so that they could have
us sign a contract on the spot. I was very put off by that, it made it appear to be a scam.
So I never actually had the work done, but continue to use Home Depot to purchase other things and they are okay. I
have not bought any large, expensive items from this particular Home Depot, so this report applies only to their home remodeling services.

I made calls to tell them I would be of town. The installer came when I was gone and he never called to rescheduled.
