I spoke with a representative in door installation who explained that first we would have to pay a $15.00 dollar measuring fee, and someone would come out within a week to do the measurement, and we would have the door within 3 weeks. After 2 weeks, I heard nothing, so I called back and spoke with the same representative, and she said that someone would be out the following week. Needless to say, no one ever came out to measure the door. The staff at Home Depot offered no apology and seemed unconcerned about losing my business.
