I WALKED AROUND THE STORE FOR SEVERAL MINUTES BEFORE I COULD FIND SOMEONE TO HELP ME WITH LOOKING FOR THE LADDER. THE SALESPERSON WHO LED ME TO THE LADDERS WAS HELPFUL, BUT I DECIDED NOT TO PURCHASE ONE BECAUSE OF THE COST. HE DIRECTED ME TO TOOL RENTAL. I WAS HAPPY ABOUT THE PRICE OF A 6-FOOT LADDER IN TOOL RENTAL, BUT I WAITED FAR TOO LONG FOR A MANAGER TO COME OPEN UP THE DOOR TO WHERE THE LADDERS WERE STORED. IN THE END, I DIDN'T END UP RENTING A LADDER OR BUYING ONE. MY PAINT EXCHANGE WAS EASIER. THE PAINT MANAGER WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. ALTHOUGH MOST HOME DEPOTS DO NOT ALLOW PAINT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS TO DIFFERENT STORES, HE MADE AN EXCEPTION FOR ME. I FOUND ANOTHER COLOR WITH HIS HELP, AND LEFT HAPPY.
