Hollender House did a great job overall. The unit looked great when they were finished. Better than I expected. They finished the project on time and close to budget. The only reason the budget was increased was because the condo board required changes after we had started. Hollender was great working with the Condo board and making sure all of their concerns were remedied. I was also in the process of selling my condo, so Hollender House worked with my buyer as well to make sure she was satisfied. What impressed me more than anything, though, was how responsive Mike Valente and Rob Hollender were. Mike almost always answered his phone when I called and if he didn't, I got a call back within a few minutes. I would have never expected such responsiveness and service from a contractor. They were also very honest and upfront with all of the issues and problems. They were also upfront with ways we could save money. Hollender House did a great job on this project. I will be recommending them to others and using them again on projects in the future.

The finished project is exactly what we wanted and more and we are constantly getting compliments on the craftsmanship and style. I would highly recommend using them for all general contracting needs.
