They did a tear-off and replacement of the roof on our house. This included installing a ridge vent, mushroom vents, and flashing. As they were doing the roof work, they noticed the vent stack in the attic was corroded, and replaced it for no extra charge. Later in that same winter a few of the new shingles had blown off the roof already, so we called them about it. It seems I had barely set down the phone, and the owner was at my door to take a look. He explained that since the work was done just before winter the shingles hadn't had a time of hot weather to settle onto the house, and that explanation seems very reasonable to me. His guys came and fixed the shingles right away and things have been fine since then. We were very impressed by their responsiveness.

The experience was very positive. The company representatives were very professional and knowledgeable. The services were performed in a timely manner and the price was fair. I was also provided with pictures before the work was completed and they provided expert information without trying to convince me to purchase more services. I would definitely recommend their roofing services as well as recommend them to a friend.

Rick was 1 of 4 estimates, and they were in the ball park of pricing. We hit a spell of hot weather and they waited for the weather to break. That tells you how well he thinks of his employees. It took 1 1/2 days to complete, tear off, re-roof , new chimney and re-roof shed. , The product they put down under the shingles was top notched Everything Rick said, it was done. His workers were polite and took very good of our property. When they were done. every scrap was picked up and everywhere including the driveway, gutters, etc was blown clean with a power blower. I will recommend his company every chance I get.

We were very happy with their service. A tree fell on our house after a serve storm in July, Hi-Lite roofing repaired the damaged roof and replaced our gutters. They were very professional and we were very pleased with the service. We would definitely use them again.

Everything went well. It is a family-owned business, being in business a long time. We had a lot of estimates, some lower, but they were not going to do as much detailed work. Everything was done great. The staff was very good. They were clean and picked everything up. I would tell others that the workers were gentleman, with no swearing. They cleaned up after themselves. The owner was the foreman and kept an eye on everything. They did as much as they could the first day so in case it rained the house would not be exposed.

Work went well but it took over a year and numerous phone calls do get them to come to the house and perform this job.

We had hail damage, so they did the roof and the gutters. They also installed siding. We wanted all new windows, so we got windows. There was a lot of work done as it was a large house. I have 26 new windows. I have a front porch roof, there was a roof over the front door, there was another roof projection from the house, and another roof over the bay. There was also a back porch roof. I was satisfied with their work. I think he is a contractor and has a team of roofers. It’s a small company. When he does work he wants to know who his workers are and what they are doing. He doesn’t want to have a big company that sends out crew and he doesn’t know what they are doing. They worked very hard the whole time. They weren’t slacking off at all. The owner of the company is very personable. If we call him he would come out and check the problem. I hadn’t cleaned my gutters for 19 years. He and his brothers run the company. The insurance company had taken care of a large part of the cost. I didn’t get any other estimates, so I don’t know if the price was competitive. I just trusted them. The quality of their work was excellent.

They were very good. Everything they did was good including the price. I was happy with all of it. I wasn't home when they did the work but it looked good and they did everything as ordered.

I ask Randy to come every year after the leaves are done falling. His men climb on the roof, blow out the gutters, and rinse the downspouts and gutters clean. These downspouts drain into the front or backyard. Mess is cleaned up. I told him about a problem on the edge of the roof of the addition where water spills over the gutters. Randy came up with a simple solution by inserting a "baby tin" under the shingles to divert the water. This worked as a test last Fall and I will probably ask him to install a bigger piece as a more permanent solution. He did not charge me for the test solution.

Rick came out to give the estimate and I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and knowledge, in addition to the fact that he never seemed pushy or tried to oversell me the job. Hi-Lite's estimate was not the lowest or the highest we received, but it was the most thorough and reasonable.The work was completed in less than five days and the workers were very neat and professional--I received absolutely no complaint from my neighbors, only praise. We had a small leak from one of the skylights following the roof replacement, which Hi-Lite has been prompt to repair. It was all together a very positive experience.

They are excellent! I recommend them highly. The last time that they came out, they took out an old TV antennae free of charge.

They came when they said they would and finished when they said they would. They came back and fixed 4 different tiles that I noticed were popped up. I will be using them again if and when I need them for anything like windows or a new roof in 20 years.

The salesman came out and determined what we needed. He determined we needed to enlarge the gutters. They were too small for the house. We were having a lot of clogging and overflowing.

I have an on-going, positive relationship with this man and his company. He always does a really good job and I can count on him to be fair and thorough. In addition, he always cleans up after himself. Several years ago, he installed a new roof on my house and regularly maintains it. He is excellent at all the jobs he has done for me.
