Appliance Repair
I was given Herb's name by the manufacturer of my wine refrigerator. Long story short, I've never been so frustrated or disappointed in a sevice provider in my life. He missed three appointments to come out to pick-up the refrigerator. Then, after I had to call him for an update I was told the parts were on order. I called several times for an update and was told that the parts had not arrived and that he didn t know when they would be in. So, I called the manufacturer to find out the real story - he hadn't ordered the parts. After I intervened and after the parts finally came in, I had to call again to get an update. When the refrigerator was finally fixed he missed another appointment to deliver it. I finally got my refrigerator back FIVE MONTHS LATER!
