It was very easy to work with them. My sister and I have been members at the credit Union for 20 years. All of our transactions have been very easy. People were very accessible when we needed them. The transaction was taken care of pretty quickly, especially since it was during the holidays. They handled everything, and we had to do very little. Whenever I need to do anything financially and I am looking into the charges and percentage rates, they have always been the best! Another benefit is that even if I change jobs, I can keep it.
