Horrible, at first it started off ok. Many missed appointments and slow responsive. Because of many missed appointments, power washing and stain was included at no charge. Did not ask fro any discounts, it was offered as no charge. This man cancelled so many times and gave excuse after excuse, because of wasted time I requested some sort of refund, at first he responded that we will discuss, next he said no, but still did not come and complete the job. I have pages of text messages and emails of the foolishness he gave. And he was referred to me by a relative, and when the relative reached out to ask why the job was not completed, he answer was it was escalating to a volatile situation, yes I have a major attitude!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He never finished the job and because he was referred to me by someone I trust, I made the biggest mistake when hiring a contractor! he was paid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never experienced so much foolishness in my life!. This is my experience and it unfortunate, because I tried to support a small business owner and I got screwed! I have proof if anyone wants further proof that this is not a reputable business owner. Also he was given several chances to make it right, he refused! However I weren't able to do the deck because I've gotten tied up with completing the projects that I started almost a month ago. But yes I can complete the deck and I will make sure the very next time I will have a clear schedule so that I can complete it out all the way. Also I could reimburse you but me power-washing the deck and staining it is/ were included for free because of the delays prior to me starting your deck. I mentioned to Elvin that I would power wash and stain it for free (Stain included OK Tasha, there are no refunds available and I understand your point and your position. The best that I can do to resolve this situation would be to come tomorrow morning at 8:am and power wash the deck and then stain it between 3-4pm? And that will complete the process...
