They did a good job so I recommend them. They turned it around pretty fast and I think it's either Tuesday or Thursday that you could bring it in. They were friendly and courteous. Basically, you just tend to drop it off and then the man does the repair and he only comes in one or two days a week but he turns it round really fast. The price was reasonable.

I haven't tried the machine yet, but it was convenient to be able to find what I needed in the store.

Hancock Fabrics has one person they use at all the locations in our area; he travels between the stores on a rotation. He is very efficient, usually the cleaning and tune up is finished within an hour. If a part is needed, they have it so I don't have to search around for new parts. I will continue to use them.

He moves around to different stores on different days. He is real good. He gets it back to me in a timely manner. He does a lot of it on site if he can fix there. I haven't had any problems. They are reliable.
