"Philip spent 3 hours shadowing 2 of our ladies to clean his home. This is 6 hours of cleaning. Unsurprisingly we weren't prepared to give Philip the discount he thought he was due - $ 55. Philip was rude and imperious and grudgingly paid his bill."
What I really appreciate is the laser-accurate scheduling. If they are scheduled for 9 am, they show up at 9 am sharp, knocking on my door. Once I needed to be out the door at 11 am. Maria scheduled three ladies who finished in ninety minutes to accomodate my needs which was terrific.
