We stumbled onto Gabe shortly after we moved into our house eight-plus years ago.  I was in the hospital at the time, and we had a big leak under the kitchen sink. My wife called Gabe blind from the Yellow Pages because she liked the sound of his name. Perhaps not the best way to make a choice, but this was before we knew about Angie's List.  Anyway, Gabe came to her rescue, and we have used his services ever since, from replacing our blocked iron pipes with copper lines to various leaks and assorted emergencies. He has always responded promptly.  His prices have always been most reasonable, particularly in light of the odd hours we have summoned him.
