Maria was very attentive and provided an explanation of the moving process. She often reached out to ensure the moving process was smooth. The movers were very professional. They are efficient and took the necessary precautions when moving the items from beginning to end.

I was in a major bind after my movers cancelled less than 24 hours before my move, and H2H really saved my move. I called several companies and H2H came in with the lowest quote by several hundred dollars. In addition, Lyuda gave the most detailed explanation of the quote over the phone so that any extra fees were not a surprise at all. The movers were FAST, extremely efficient, and handled everything with care. They ended up coming in far under the estimate. I was super impressed! Thanks again.

We had a bad experience with this company, unlike many other reviewers here, and hopefully we are a rare exception to the rule. However, our experience was so bad that I couldn’t avoid writing this review. At first, the communication was good, the scheduling went smooth. The pick up was great also. The crew who picked up our stuff was extremely efficient and wrapped everything really well. The trouble started after the pick up. The estimate delivery windows was 1-14 days. After 3 weeks had passed, our stuff was still at the initial pick up locations. Nobody at H2H could provide any explanation as to why our stuff hadn’t even left the warehouse. We weren’t provided with any real updates as to what was happening or when our stuff will even be on the way. Finally, we got an update that our stuff had left but then delivery windows kept changing, which is apparently normal. Finally the driver called, now we were 4 weeks! into waiting for our stuff. Sleeping on a blow up mattress for a month is not fun. So he called and said he will be there on Monday at 7am. Monday rolls around, he doesn’t show up. I called him, he made up some excuse, said he will there Tuesday at 7am. Again doesn’t show up. I call again. Says he will be there at 4pm that day. Yet again doesn’t show up. This time when I call, he yells at me, telling me that he was busy with personal stuff and he will be there tonight. Then be disparate again and texted me at 9pm! that he can come now. At this point, we were pretty scared. Some guy who kept lying to us decided to show up at house at 9pm. We told him no way and he said he will then come next morning at 7. This time he actually showed up. This has now been over a month. They assembled everything pretty well, however, they left a bunch of our stuff in their truck and had to come back a few days later to bring it! I emailed H2H regarding this driver insanity. They called me the next day apologised and said they will compensate us for our troubles with the overall experience, in addition to the late fees for every day the delivery was late, which at that point was 7 business days. They sounded very sorry. They sent me a letter to sign, after which they promised the compensation of an additional $100. The letter very clearly stated that IF I ACCEPTED THE COMPENSATION, I COULD NOT LEGALLY WRITE A REVIEW ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED. I refused to sign this. Then they offered for give me $500 to sign this letter. AT THIS POINT IT BECAME ABUNDANTLY CLEAR THAT I WAS GETTING PAID TO KEEP QUITE AND NOT TO GET COMPENSATED FOR OUR TROUBLES. I refused to sign this and the offer to get compensate “for our troubles” disappeared. We only got compensate for the late days (actually, I haven’t received the payment yet, so who knows about that). I apologise for such a lengthy review but this whole experience was just outrageous. I chose this company based on all the good reviews they had but it turns out that either my case was unique or that they are paying people off to not write about their bad experiences. Everyone has been documented. Please see the attached document they wanted me to sign.

H2H was fantastic! Their customer service team checked in with us a week prior to our move to confirm details and field any additional questions we had. The day of the move, they called 45 min prior to their arrival time and again 5 min prior to the truck arriving. Adam and his crew (2 other gentlemen) were efficient, careful, and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and safe move. Lastly, Khay was fantastic and followed up with texts and calls throughout the day to make sure everything was going well. An all-around great experience and highly recommend!

I cannot recommend H2H Movers enough! I used them for 1-bedroom move and the entire process was seamless. From obtaining my quote, to pre-move detailed instructions, to the move itself, and check-in afterwards. The moving team was efficient and polite. These guys were on time and FAST. They moved me out of a 1 bedroom apt to a 2 bedroom condo. I broke down my bed before I called them and learned they would have done that for me. Moving day is always hectic and stressful for anyone.But these guys made the actual move the easiest part of the day! I highly recommend them.

H2H movers made our move go very smoothly! The movers showed up 5 minutes early and went right to work moving boxes, wrapping fragile items, and disassembling furniture. We even had an extra stop and they were very efficient moving furniture there as well. When we got to our new apartment, they reassembled all furniture and put it in the correct room. The price was much cheaper than other quotes but we couldn't have asked for better quality!

This was my first time moving without the help of family or friends and H2H Movers made it the best experience! My team of movers showed up and right off the bat made me feel relaxed about my move thanks to how friendly and informative they were. They talked me through the process to ensure we were on the same page every step of the move. What would have taken me all day to move out, took them no time at all. They wrapped up everything so carefully (I have a lot of fragile art work and glass furniture.) I had some hanging clothes that I didn't have enough boxes to pack and had planned on grabbing it later, however, the movers had a wardrobe box ready and hung all of my clothes in this to transport to my next location and hung them in my new closet upon arrival. They also got my large mounted TV off of my wall and wrapped it up to ensure it was protected for my move. H2H had off site individuals check in before, during, and after my move as well. Overall, I can't recommend them enough for making my move SO EASY and efficient.

H2H was absolutely fantastic - from the time I made the first call to get an estimate, they made everything super easy. They sent a team of four for packing - their packing + moving team was so friendly, attentive, very careful with everything. Not a single damaged item. I was very happy to support a 100% women owned and women managed business, who employ Ukrainians to move. In the end I felt happy to support two causes I care about while moving.

My experience with H2H movers was great! I had a local move in Chicago with one stop before going to my destination. I had an afternoon move time and H2H was good at communicating when the movers would arrive and kept me updated. The four movers I had were efficient. They did a nice job wrapping my furniture and nothing was damaged. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone moving in Chicago.

This was my first time hiring a moving company and the team was awesome! I was surprised at how fast they were able to get us moved from one apartment to the other while carefully handling our more expensive items, like our piano. I didn't feel like I had to sit and supervise. The office was also very great to work with. They were responsive to my request for a quote (I think I got a call in 30 minutes), they walked through the packing list and helped with knowledge of comparable moves when I didn't know how many boxes I would need. They also followed up twice before the move to go over details, and easily made adjustments to our requested packing materials. They are a well-oiled machine and provided an overall amazing experience!

I used H2H Movers on my last long distance move. When I was looking for a moving service, they had the best quote, and the best customer service. Leading up to the move, they called me both a week and a day before the move to let me know what to expect and to answer any last minute questions. The day of the move, the movers were on time and professional. They wrapped all of my furniture and fragile belongings, and had the entire apartment empty within two hours. They showed up at my destination ahead of schedule, and made sure I was happy with how everything was loaded into the storage unit. My final price was almost exactly the same amount as the estimate I was given. I would highly recommend their services.

They were thorough, punctual, quick, careful and very communicative. At all times throughout the process (booking, confirmation, moving and post move) I felt like they were taking care of me and made me feel very assured with the move. They listened to my specific needs and answered all my questions. They were also very flexible and accommodating when I had to move my date due to elevator conflicts with the new building. I've never experienced this kind of professionalism with a moving company during my last 5 moves and will definitely be using them again!
