Very good at what he does and had a difficult stain to work with. My only concern was the cost (had he not been on the phone while working, the cost may not have bothered me so much and I would have given a "B" in that category). Individual performing work was owner of the business and very good at what he does. I thought the price was a bit high for 1 hour of time ($200) but to be fair I doubt that anyone could have done a better job. He spent time on the phone (at least 15 minutes) about personal pursuits while working. It did not seem to interfere with his ability to do the job but for $200 an hour, I feel the job deserves his undivided attention and the call was one that could have been returned later. Having said all that, I was satisfied with the work and plan to use him again for some problems with leather furniture that I have. Nice guy and nice job!
