We did keep in close communication with you during this time regarding the weather situation and our wait time. We did our best to keep you in the loop. As far as the repairs on your home: I was there personally with our roofing crew taking care of your home. I took many after pics of all of the work that was done on your gutters and roof. We did a little extra work that was out of the ordinary at no charge for the inconvenience. I also called you multiple times in order to go over all of the work we did and verify it with all the after pictures. I received no return call.
