Guaranteed Gutters - Gutter Cleaning

We have used guaranteed gutters with great success and satisfaction. They cleaned our gutters annually so well. They suggested gutter guards and have not needed cleaning since. They are responsive, efficient and clean. Our neighbors used them for some more extensive gutter rwork and were very happy with the results.

Gutter had been knocked off garage by large branch that came down during storm. Guaranteed worker found it when cleaning gutters. Appointment was made to repair it and they did a great job.

They were here on time and did a fantastic job. If there's anything wrong with the roof or gutters, they let me know (pictures) and take care of it during the service call.

Due to a clog gutter, I was in a hurry to fix the problem. The whole process was painless and the staff was wonderful. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and nice. Thank you.

After requesting cleaning service, I was informed we would be put on the schedule within 10 business days. When it was nearing 7 days, I emailed and inquired if they had any idea on how much longer it would be as we were having issues with water getting in ours and my neighbors basement. I was told that it would be another 10 days which would of put it at 15 business days. I complained and after a day of back and forth was told they would be out on the 10th day which was the limit of our agreement. After the cleaning they sent an email with pictures of some damage that should be addressed on the roof with the gutters and the roofing. They quoted me $950 for the repairs. I thought that a bit high but it was some significant issues so I went with it. They required a 50% down payment. I did the down payment online and then received a call from Tim that they could come out the next day. Sure! The next day the repairmen arrived at 10:45 am and were finished by 12:15 pm. An hour and a half of work for $950. I then received an email invoice saying work was finished and they were going to charge the same card the balance. I sent an email back that I would contest that payment until I saw the same pictures that they took of the before damage with the after repair. The next day I did get the pics and the work looked like it was done well. I was then told that the payment was due immediately. I have never dealt with a vendor that didnt bill net 30. So in closing, I felt the actual work was done well but I felt the price was way too high and I just dont feel I would trust them to use again.

needed gutters cleaned and some minor repairs on a newly purchased house. when they got up there they said I also needed some new flashing, which I okayed. The work was okay, although the cleaning was not as thorough as I would have liked, given the price (I could see some of it afterwards from an upstairs window). they did text us photos, but not before and after photos so it was impossible to tell whether they really did the work to the standard that I felt I was paying for. they also were on the roof for so little time that It did not seem like they could be doing a quality job. in fairness to them, i later had an HVAC guy check out the flashing because he was up there for a chimney issue, and he said the flashing seemed fine from a quick look. I guess my biggest beef was the cleaning wasn't great, the cost was higher then some competitors, and their whole style left me without confidence in their work. none of this was a big enough issue for me to demand a refund at the time but definitely has made me turn to other contractors for my gutter and light roofing needs. (note the price is an estimate, I no longer have the receipts)

Very well. Very detailed report of what needed to be repaired. Guys were courteous and responsive to my requests to be careful with plants.

I contacted Guaranteed Gutters in late November because our usual gutter cleaning company didn’t show up and couldn’t be contacted. Tim responded immediately, asked for a description, and quoted a price (close to what we usually pay) which we accepted. Work was delayed because of the weather, but the company sent emails to let us know we were still scheduled. When the weather improved they contacted us and performed the services. They took pictures of some problem spots (bare wood behind the gutters, split downspouts), sent pictues and discussed them with us, and quoted a price for repairs, which we accepted. Since the weather held, they were able to perform the work within a few days. I really appreciated their excellent communication (including promptly sending their insurance certificate when Irequested), keeping in touch, and responding quickly to emails. I also like the fact that they are BBB accredited. We will certainly use them again and recommend them to neighbors.

The two projects went very well. The company responded very quickly to my request for an estimate - in fact, they were the only one of three that did respond! Once I gave the "go ahead" they placed us on the schedule and completed the work within a few days. After the gutter cleaning they provided pictures of several minor, but potentially problematic, roof and chimney repairs that needed to be done before winter. Again, the work was completed in a very timely manner. I felt that the prices for the cleaning and repairs was very reasonable. I will definitely be hiring them again next year.

They were very responsive, friendly, and tidy in their work. They were also very helpful in identifying issues that I'll need to deal with that I didn't know were problems (my chimney needs tuck pointing and the flashing replaced). Took pictures for me as well so I could see the work they did. I will definitely hire them again.

They were very responsive and very professional. Although I would have liked a little more communication on them coming and going. All in all I am very satisfied and would recommend them.

It was really easy to schedule, communication was clear, gutters are working much better. It was great to not need to take off work for them to do the cleaning. With photographs and a phone conversation we decided what else needed to be done, and they did the work while they were at the house.

Punctuality was outside the time frame. Tim did call on the later part of the time frame to let me know. They were very quick to provide me an estimate, within a day or maybe less. I was given a range on the estimate between $100-$115. I ended up paying $115. Next time, I’ll wait a little longer for other quotes to come in. By the time another quote came, I was already impressed by the tenacity of the company to do the work. That other quote came in lower. What saved the experience was that he was thorough with his findings by providing pictures, suggestions, and estimates. I’m would recommend them again but caution about punctuality if you want to see his team at work.

Gutters were cleaned thoroughly and issues with roof and flashing were identified and repaired. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and was sent pictures of the before and after work. Great experience! I wish all repairs were like this!

It went well, they contacted me every step of the way and let me know when they were going to be here - arrived when they said they would. Gutter cleaning was good too.

They not only cleaned the gutters but also for a moderate price performed some additional needed work at the same time. They even trimmed some tree branches that had grown over my roof from a parkway tree! I will hire this company again.

My favorite service went out of business after fall 2016. Tried a competitor, who said it was too early (too many leaves still on trees) and to call him later in the fall, which I did. By then he was done working for the season, and recommended I call Guaranteed Gutters. Despite impending snowfall, GG inspected, put me on the list and cleaned my gutters. The owner did send me cellphone photos of problems with my chimney, dormer roof flashing, downspout and soffit; we talked and he explained them to me; we agreed on a total price and he did the work promptly and well--and before the snowstorm.

Happy with the service. Would use again.

Tim cleaned the gutters and then sent me photos of areas of the gutters, chimney, and roof which needed repairs. I'd actually been trying to find someone to repair the roof (calling roof-specific people) and most of them couldn't even schedule me for a few weeks, but Tim did everything three days after his initial inspection and for the same price the roofers wanted just for the one thing.

It went fine. They are reliable and very affordable. The owner is very nice and pleasant.
