Of the four snowfalls that they handled, only during one was the service satisfactory. The first storm we had to call them 4 times to get them to show up, and they didn't read the contract so they only shoveled half of the walk. The second time the service was better - ontime and decent quality. The third time they did half the work and then left and didn't come back for 2 days - despite multiple phone calls. The fourth time was the "Blizzard of 2011" and they never showed up, never called, and did not answer calls made to them by our property manager. They did not show up at any of their buildings. Their price may be good but their service is not acceptable. UPDATE - After this review posted, our property manager received a call from them. He gave them some sob story about all four of his trucks breaking down and not having the time to call anyone and and and... He's still fired.

It was just fantastic. My husband and I have never had a snow plower like this before. My husband needs to leave home early to make it to Chicago on time, so we need snow removal services early in the day. This gentleman would come out at any time there was at least an inch of snow on the ground. He is excellent.
