The Project manager showed up 2 hours late, the crew as on time but couldn't begin work until the PM showed up and none of the crew could speak any English. Then finally the PM and the translator for the crew showed up two hours late to begin work. They originally stated the entire utility room was being insulated and then upon arrival it was only the wall attached to the external walls outside. This mistake occurred because they sent a non-technical salesperson during the original walk through and not a person knowledge in energy conservation.
Description of Work: Based off an energy audit performed by the company, (a previous audit I had by another company had suggested the same) it was suggested I have my utility room insulated. This room was releasing the most energy out of the house. Therefore causing my heating and air units to not work as efficient. The company was insulating my attic and the utility room.
