From the start it was a disaster. They had to come back to our home to fix a problem that they caused. Because Mark did not size the furnace correctly and the installer (Derick) didn't know what he was doing, it failed within a week. They blamed it on the lack of returns in the home so they added more returns which I am pretty confident is not up to code. They failed to get a permit ( which we are also to blame) so the work was not double checked. Every year since it was installed the furnace has failed and stopped working. This past winter our humidifier failed as well as the furnace because the humidifier was wired incorrectly. The board on the furnace is a dud and they knew it from the beginning. They were cheap because they must have gotten the garbage furnace for nothing. We have a 10 year labor warranty and they have not honored it. I have called Mark over 30 times but no answer. He refuses to answer because he knows he did us wrong. I have had 2 other HVAC companies inspect their work and they both could not comprehend how they could have done such a poor job. Buyer beware!
