They are just unreliable and they do a terrible job. He makes appointments with me and he doesn't show up for them.

I think Mr. Dixon means well, but he simply doesn't seem to have the organizational skills to handle many clients at one time. He came across very well during his initial visit, and had good suggestions. Delivering on expectations was another story altogether. He repeatedly failed to send crews to do the expected work, and did not respond to repeated emails and voice-mail messages. We were kept waiting for over 8 weeks for the topsoil delivery that was supposed to smooth over our sidewalk lawns and give them a fresh start in life - the topsoil never showed. We terminated Green Acres Landscaping's contract with our housing complex after two months.

This is a good service. They are always on time and very easy to work with. They answer questions and are very reliable. They are hard working and they always do an excellent job on my lawn.

George was very responsive. My schedule is very hectic. He came out on a Sunday morning to give me a price quote and starting cutting the lawn the same week. I have been using the service for 3 weeks now. They are always there when they say they will be there, they are polite, and they do a good job. My lawn has the best edge on the block, and they do not leave lawn debris behind or in my neighbors yard. Give them a try, I think you will be pleased.
