It went very well.  The work appears to be of high quality.  The crew was pleasant, professional, and responsive. The price was reasonable. They cleaned up very well afterwards. They were willing do some extra work without additional charges, so we asked for bathroom vents.   We decided not to have them, in the end, but use vents through the wall of the house.
Obviously, we cannot compare this company to others, as this was the first roof we had done in 40 years.  However, we were impressed and would highly recommend this company.

The contractor put in a regular roof without discussing it with us and trying to get an answer as to why was very difficult. The work was done well, but communication was lousy.

Job went great. Used very high quality Da Vinci composite cedar shakes which is why the cost was so high. I have a very large very steep roof and they were able to install it in two or three days with no problems. The roof is 6 years old now and still looks new and has never leaked.

Excellent overall. Fair price, knowledgeable and non-pressure sales representative, excellent quality, excellent workmanship on the install, good clean-up, polite, friendly and hardworking installer. Factory (Alside) took longer than expected, but the windows look great and definitely are doing better job keeping the cold out, and, in summer, heat out.

They were a pleasure to work with. They did great work. They were very professional, well-informed and they were very skilled. We even had a storm shortly after the windows were installed and there was no leaks! I've already seen a change in my electric bill.
