Father and son run it. The son, Michael, was very nice. The son was very good at finding a matching countertop. I would try to contact Michael and he would say he is still looking etc. I would wait patiently. He requested pictures of the corners, sent them. And I never heard back. This has been going back and forth for many months. The father is basically telling me that he will not fix the countertops and the son does not work there anymore when I am sure he does. Michael was willing to help resolve and look for matching countertop and we were in contact for some time. Once the communcation stopped there was nothing and the father did not want to help me any further.

As I understand it, Michael does the stone cutting, and he has worker-bees who deliver and install. I was happy with all aspects of their work, as well as their demeanors and professionalism.

The work went well.  Measurement, fabrication and installation were handled smoothly, and a return to make a radius corner we'd overlooked on one countertop was done almost immediately at no charge.  Every worker was punctual, professional, polite.

What really made this an exceptionally satisfactory experience were the attention and help I received from Mary Garst, Designer/Sales.  She provided all the information I needed (including some I didn't know enough to ask for), answered every question, took a lot of time to help me make the right choice of countertop material and sink, coordinated perfectly with my kitchen remodeling contractor -- just a delight to work with!

Mary is great! The whole team is great! I was going to buy tile from a tile place because I knew exactly what I wanted. When I stopped to look at stone and saw that they could help with my tile order, Mary was super helpful in showing me how I could get exactly what I needed from them. This interaction was super easy, faster than dealing with the tile place and less expensive. I needed help selecting stone, they gave me great advice and direction. When the slab was ready to cut they were super knowledgeable about the best way to get the most out of the stone. Superb service. The crew that came out to install it was professional and neat. They were helpful about leveling an existing structure that had a problem without making a fuss. The bar is amazing. I will use them again for my kitchen.

I had a piece of oval marble (artificial) below the glass top of my coffee table. Mike came over soon after I called and removed the cracked piece only to show me that it wasn't real marble. He took it with him then emailed me pictures of sample marble he could use. The result was wonderful and he and his associate installed it soon after. Mike filled me with respect and trust immediately. He clearly knows what he's doing.

Great! The two gentlemen from the company came on a Saturday morning as scheduled (they were actually 15 minutes early), and finished the job within 10-15 minutes. They vacuumed up all the dust as they were working, removed all my junk under the countertop before the work and replaced it all afterward. You would have never known they were there, except for my new hole -- ready for my new reverse osmosis tap.

Excellent. Easy meeting at the showroom. Recommended supplier to visit to pick out actual slab as we picked a rarer stone. Fast measuring and installed one week later. Looks wonderful, and everyone was professional and easy to work with. Michael called to follow up and make sure everything was installed well and the granite looked good.

They worked around my schedule. They gave me references of companies for me to purchase the granite. They were really good at making the granite piece fit in my kitchen because I live in a condo. They are really friendly individuals.
