The work was scheduled promptly with Doug and his service man was punctual. The same gentleman had done the cleaning a year ago and he did the same thorough cleaning job with the windows and the surrounding window trim. It makes for a very satisfying experience.

I inquired on Angie's list and Doug called me almost immediately back. He was able to set up an appointment the same day. Jay came and cleaned our gutters. He did a good job. The price was fair. I would hire them again.

I was very happy with the result. Our windows had not been cleaned in several years and the two men that came to do the job worked very h****** a cold December day.  Because it was cold, they didn't use a hose and hauled buckets of up water and up down ladders. I was very impressed!  The windows turned out great and I would definitely use them again!

Good service- I called, they showed up 2 hours later. Cleaned the gutters entirely and cleaned the gangway of fallen gutter gunk afterwards. Would definitely use again. I especially appreciated the quick response and turnaround.

2 workmen showed up a couple of hours later than scheduled. The owner did tell me when I called in the morning to confirm the time that they would be a little late. They were very thorough making sure that all of the downspouts drained as well. Did a good job of cleaning up around the houses.
I would use them again.

Doug returned our call for service promptly and showed up on the date we had scheduled for the service on time. He went out of his way to move items that were in the garage, so he had a clear area to power wash the garage. He meticulously cleaned the floor going back several times over areas that were extrememly soiled. He explained what he was doing as he worked. I'm extremely happy with his service and his professionalism and would definately use him again.

Service was as expected. Windows looked really good afterwards. One improvement that I think they could have done is to clean up the mess from the gutters. It appeared that what they did was mostly push the debris from the gutters onto our walkways which then had to be cleaned up!

Spoke with Doug on the phone about the scope of the work and was happy to give a rough estimate over the phone. Crew came on time on work day, were prompt, courteous and customized their work schedule so my toddler could get back into his room to nap.
Results of the work are fantastic. Windows are perfectly clean. I'll use Good View again as soon as my windows need another good cleaning.

Great service. Clean windows, quick. The only complaint I have is that my white windows inside got dirty when they replaced my screens. I wish they would have cleaned their hands before doing that, or wash off their dark finger prints.

Less than average in terms of end result. While cleaner than they were before the service, I've seen better outcomes using another company. Screen cleaning also wasn't thorough - the workers just wiped a dry cloth over the screen as opposed to properly washing them, which is what we were told would be done. However, we couldn't communicate well enough with the workers to demand that they do it. They also missed an entire window in our kitchen that my husband happened to notice, which he told them they needed to do before finishing the job.

Doug and his team did a great job of power washing the outside of the house and cleaning the inside and outside of our windows. We have an old house with lots of stained glass windows-- after the cleaning the stained glass looked better than it ever did before. They even cleaned an attic window that hadn't been touched in years. They were very neat in their work. For example, they mopped up dirt on our painted wood front porch caused by the power washing of the siding.

While Doug was doing the power washing, he noticed that our gutters were filled to the brim and asked if I wanted that work done too. It was great to take care of the gutters before they gave us big problems.

From now on, I will call Good View for an annual Spring cleaning.

- After keeping in touch through a couple of weather related delays,, Doug showed up on time and was congenial, steady, professional and thorough.

- My windows were extraordinarily dirty and Doug was a mess upon leaving, but still found a way to smile and show me a photo of his kids.

- I asked Doug for several cards that I will be glad to hand out.

- When I told him I'd recommend him to my realtor, Doug smiled and said he's been working for her for years.

- When I called my realtor, she confirmed this and said that she recommends him as well.

Bottom line ... very clean windows ... no drama ... a comfortable experience.

This was the second year in a row we've used Good View, and we will keep using them. The place was spotless when they left - no drips on the floors inside and sunlight flooding through the clean windows. They arrived on time with a crew of four. Everyone worked continuously for the 3+ hours they were at our house. Great job!

Four men from Good View arrived at 9:00 at went directly to work. They removed their shoes when entering living space. They worked efficiently and quietly. They were careful not to disturb cats and finished the job in about 2 hours. Upon inspection, everything looked great.
