+ -1 moreTHE ORIGINAL CONTACT WAS VERY PROMISING. HOWEVER, IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE JOB COMPLETED. THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS, ANSWER CALLS, AND EVEN HANG UP ON THE CALLER. THEY SAY CALL BACK IN HALF AN HOUR, THEN DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY SAY THE WORKER IS ON VACATION FOR 2 WEEKS, WHEN AN EARLIER CALL SAID HE'LL BE BACK IN 30 MINUTES. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BORDERING ON ILLEGAL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Description of Work: WANTED PORCH ROOF LEAK FIXED. THEY RESHINGLED ROOF, BUT IT STILL LEAKED PROFUSELY. WEEKS OF CALLING, THEY FINALLY RETURNED AND CAULKED. BETTER, BUT STILL LEAKING A LOT. THEY SAID A LAYER OF RUBBER WOULD FIX IT. HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR 2 MONTHS. THEY EITHER SAY CALL BACK, OR HE'S ON VACATION, OR HANG UP ON ME, OR DON'T ANSWER PHONE. TOTALLY UNCONSCIONABLE. WOULD NEVER EVER USE AGAIN. THE FIX WOULD BE QUICK AND INEXPENSIVE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IT.
