I was very specific when we signed the agreement stating the I will start deck soon as weather gets decent so we can set footings in place which it requires to pour concrete and let it cure for at least 4 days with temperatures of at least 60 degrees weather, not 60 during the day and 40 overnight. Seemed like you understood that but I guess not because on the first day outside you started sending me messages been disrespectful and sarcastic. Yes or es couple occasions where weather was 75 degrees but 40-50 the next days. I cal"

It was not until much later (weeks) that you wanted a handrail going down to the basement which was not part of the deck. Even then I agreed to come and install the handrail just so you will be satisfied but NO not you, since the beginning of the project you were trying to make me do extra work for the sake amount and had an attitude when I said no. At that point, you went to Google BBB and even Angie LIST does not lead (because they called me to tell me that you were concerned because I was not doing what we agreed (which was a lie) I did."
