THEY WERE VERY TIMELY IN GIVING ME BOTH AN ESTIMATE AND IN COMPLETING THE WORK AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I HAD BEEN THINKING ABOUT REPLACING THE ENTIRE WINDOW BUT WHEN I FOUND OUT HOW EXPENSIVE THAT COULD BE ($400+) I FOUND SOMEONE WHO WAS WILLING TO JUST REPLACE THE BROKEN GLASS FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS FINE. THEY DIDN'T PUSH THEIR MORE HIGH-END, HIGH-PRICED OPTIONS, BUT DID EXPLAIN WHY THE QUALITY WAS BETTER.
