Nancy has about 30 years of experience buying, selling, and managing real estate in Chicago, and it shows. I felt I was in great hands with her from the first time we went out all the way to the closing. She was a tremendous coach, asking great questions of the sellers, training me in what to look for and offering her assessment of the market. When I was ready to make an offer, she handled the negotiations beautifully and I was utterly confident that she had my back throughout the somewhat harrowing weeks that followed. I was always impressed with her professionalism and the respect with which she treated everyone we encountered. Obviously not just out to make a quick sale, Nancy really wanted me to buy something I loved and could manage (she steered me away from a few doozies). She works like a horse and clearly enjoys what she does, which makes her fun to be around. I really can't say enough about her.
