Glen's Tree & Stump Removal

Due to word limits, I have to be brief, so forgive the summary: We contracted Glen Tree for Tree Removal. Glen Tree contracted a crane company. Crane showed up, operator refused to do the work due to electrical wire proximity. However, still expected payment for crane rental. Glen Tree didn't want to pay, but agreed in the end. Asked me to issue $1000 or the $4000 owed to Glen to crane company. Day 2, Glen tree asked me to stop payment on $1000 to dispute the crane charge. I agreed on terms that they call Crane and resolve the dispute immediately. They never called the crane company. 2 weeks later, crane company calls me for payment. I connect the two parties, who agree to meet in person to resolve the payment issue. Glen Tree did not show up on 2 occasions. Crane company is now putting us on the hook. Glen tree has been unreachable, and has not been returning calls the last few days. Huge mess, huge waste of time, horrible experience.

Excellent. Their price was great. There was a little delay in removing the logs but over all I was satisfied.

Antonio returned calls quickly, showed up the same day to see the job and sent a written estimate promptly. When we decided to go with them they started the job the next day. They worked quickly and efficiently. You can't beat their price. It was a very good experience and we highly recommend them.

EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY, AND THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. GLEN HAS BEEN IN THE TREE BUSINESS FOR A LONG TIME, AND THE MEN WHO WORK WITH HIM HAVE LOTS OF EXPERIENCE ALSO. WE'RE HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. ANOTHER COMPANY WANTED TO CHARGE CONSIDERABLY MORE, AND COULDN'T DO THE JOB FOR 2-3 WEEKS.

GLEN IS EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL, AND HIS WORK IS VERY GOOD. THE PRICE QUOTED FOR THIS JOB WAS QUITE REASONABLE. I ESPECIALLY APPRECIATED GLEN CALLING AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE TO ENSURE THAT WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE JOB. WE WOULD USE GLEN'S AGAIN, AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS.

REASONABLY PRICED, YOU DEAL DIRECTLY WITH OWNER, VERY RESPONSIVE TO ALL CALLS, ARRIVED ON TIME, AND ONE OF THE FEW TREE REMOVAL COMPANIES WITH GOOD INSURANCE. THE OWNER WAS PRESENT DURING THE ENTIRE TREE REMOVAL AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING CAME DOWN SAFELY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
