I first contacted Great Guys to price having 500 color copies of a brochure printed for a family friend?s restaurant.  When I called I spoke with the owner (Tony), he was very friendly and straightforward.  He immediately sent me an email with price quotes.  The deals he provided were the best I had seen after calling around all day.  I?m a novelist designer and not familiar with all the publishing terminology.   So, when I had issues with the design not being formatted property, Tony was able to work with his designer to correct the issue and helped me understand what were the standard practices for future reference.  I received daily updates about the progress of my order.  When I became worried about the finished product, Tony said, ?Don?t worry. Trust me.  It will be nice.?   Once I received the brochures, the quality was far above what I expected.   He is a ?GREAT GUY? and I would highly recommend using his services.

I contacted Tony because of an upcoming networking event I was sponsoring. I wanted to make sure my business cards, and those of my contract team, were updated and cohesive. We had just enough time to get them done, no more. For Chicago customers, GGI will often drop off the order, saving the customer freight. Here, Tony brought the cards to his Broadway office, which is close to my home. I appreciated saving the $20 in shipping!
