GEORGE LOWELL

An overall concept was talked about. George came over with initial item choices. We decided on a few items and those were ordered. Other pieces were then to be looked into. Each process took about 3 weeks in between. I had a couple of instance where items were ordered in one color and then George rethought the scheme and felt a different color would work better. I think he made some ordering mistakes to be honest. It worked out but I know a desk was ordered incorrectly!. All went fine until George seemed to get bored or into details that he did not enjoy. Such as when the bathroom wallpaper was applied poorly. Not only did the job take 4 weeks for 1 bathroom to be started, it was done where seams were showing and bubbling. George agreed to have it redone at his expense. George suggested the wallpaper person paint. George basically left me to figure it out with the guy that couldn't wallpaper, who did not regularly show up, and did not do a good job the first time. When I demanded perfection, George was tired of my wanting to see perfect swatching on the walls, (2 times) he had the contractor call me to finish up the final bathroom . I never heard from George again. VERY Unprofessional.
