I purchased a new gas dryer from Best Buy.  They delivered the dryer, removed my old one and hooked up the new one.  I feel for a big box company they are very good over all.  I feel their pricing and service is good. 

Excellent. Greeted on entering the store. Asked if assistance was needed. Sales associate looked for an alternative location when desired unit was not in stock and apologized for the unit not being in stock. Sales associate also offered to call Clark St store to confirm stock and reserve laptop. Sales associate went out of his way to be helpful.

Not well. PC was shipped to Minneapolis for diagnostics and then sent back with no repair done, when repair had been preauthorized - only fan needed to be replaced at a little over $100. When the fan unit was not installed the PC was sent back to Minneapolis and during the second diagnostic, it was determined that there was an issue with the mother board solder/attachment. PC was not repaired, due to a new laptop being just a little bit more than the fan and mother board repairs. Importantly, the Geek Squad in Bucktown could tell me what the technicians had entered in Minneapolis, but they had to search diligently to do so.
