Joe was very courteous and professional the day of the estimate. On the work day, his worker shows up 1.5 hrs late. After 7 hours of work, the paint was spotty and running, on my hardwood floors and on the white trim and ceiling. The worker tells me that the primer wasn't dry when he started to apply the color (is that my fault?) He calls Joe because I tell him I'm unhappy....Joe calls me, ask can the worker come by tomorrow and when I say no he immediately starts raging about how he should have charged me more because the job was taking longer (you quoted the time, not me) Poor quality work, bad attitude...
