It was a lot of work and due to the homes on each side being very close in this neighborhood and the fact that on the first day work started one of my neighbors told us they planned to have a big birthday party at 5pm that afternoon, but the workers got started early and finished the tearoff and reshingled that side and cleaned up everything on that neighbor's side by 4pm. Everything else was done in the next 2 days. So it took a total of 3 days to complete.
After the job was completed and the workers left I did have to have them return for a couple of minor issues : To clean up some debris they missed in one of the gang ways, and to install a drip flashing / moulding and shingles on a small overhang that was missed.
They returned and did all I asked immediately that day.
 During the whole process I was always in contact with the owner Mr. Garcia either in person on the job or if he had to leave he gave me his cell number in case I needed to contact him and he also told me the next person in charge on the job while he was away.
The overall experience with Garcia Roofing was very good especially the price.

The quality of their work really stood out. People referred them to me because the quality of their work is second to none. I was really impressed with them. I would definitely recommend them to others. Two or three people that I have recommended them to have been extremely happy with their level of service. I like their dedication. They are bilingual. My parents? first language is Spanish. It was good that they could communicate in more than one language. They were also competitively priced.

Every other bid got was ranging from $35,000 to $90,000. They worked with us on payments and they did a great job. They were an insured family operation. I would highly recommend them. It was an incredible job for a low price.
