Basement Waterproofing, Well and Pump Service
This contractor was extremely unprofessional. The job dragged for months with my yard and basement a mess, asking continually for more of the payment. He took on a number of other jobs at the same time and we had serious doubt he would finish. Rather than making use of heavy equipment, the digging was done by hand by immigrant labor, with almost no supervision. Some of the work had to be redone by another contractor the next spring, and I was told that the pit for the ejector pump was extremely shoddy. Jimmy Dotson and his son Gregory were pleasant and friendly, and it was usually possible to talk with them by telephone.

Basement Waterproofing
DUE TO LIMITED ATTENTION AND PRIMITIVE METHODS, THE PROJECT LASTED AN ENTIRE SUMMER. SUBSEQUENT PROBLEMS REVEALED THE WORK WAS BADLY FLAWED AND REQUIRED ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR INVESTMENT TO REPAIR.
