G&G did the type of spring clean-up work all homeowners seem to need every year.  They had to return twice to install the light fixtures as the fixture supply company sold me lights not meant for outside - but these guys came back without an additional charge.  In addition, while doing the electrical work in the garage, Grigor noticed that the garage door had a part missing so the slide-up door mechanism was hanging loose.  He went to the store and purchased a bolt to fix the problem without charging me.  This is the kind of exceptional service that makes me a repeat customer.  By going above and beyond expectations, you just can't imagine using anyone else!

The quality of their work stood out, they make recommendations about the kind of material that was used on the eaves. He told us what was presently there would degrade in elements and we had a problems up there with carpenter ants so they recommended something better. Even with what they found and the work that might have been added they still kept to their original quote. The quality, workmanship and pride they take in their work is unparalleled. They are not cheap, but they are in line with everyone else. They are my first call when I need something. If I leave a message they call me back by the end of the day, I can get a quote within 24 hours and they can normally do the work pretty quickly.

A friend had her basement remodeled into usable space using G&G. I was impressed with the work and so I called them for an estimate. They were very prompt to come and take a look at the space; discussed what we were interested in doing, measured everything, and drafted up a sketch of the finished space to make sure we were on the same page. The pricing was great and we decided to move ahead with the job. It was scheduled within a matter of weeks. In fact, we delayed things so we'd have time to clear out most of the stuff we had stored in the basement. Even in doing that, there was some stuff they had to work around, and they did it w/o a complaint and took very good care to prevent damage. Two guys (owner Gregor Lewinski and his partner Gregor Maciolek) worked on the project for two months. Every once in a while, they brought in a third person. Each day, they arrived at around 8 and left at about 4pm. Area was always cleaned up to the extent possible. The level of professionalism they brought to their work was incredible. They were very detail oriented. Because they wanted to maximize headspace in an area with a low ceiling, they would actually set up the drywall on the ceiling to as high as possible regardless of the extra work it caused them. They came in right at budget and never nickel-and-dimed us when we asked them to do a little something extra (like hang the shelving units in the cedar closet.) In fact, when they were doing the drywall, I asked if I could use some of the drywall compound to fix some drywall corners in my kitchen. Rather than having me do it, Gregor M. just came up and did it for me -- applying a few coats as they each dried! G&G is the kind of old-fashioned outfit in which their word is their word and you can count on them. They had our house key for the two months they worked here and I was never concerned. They are interested in the quality of work they provide to the customer. I'm a picky person and I can't find anything to complain about with this company. The project surpassed all my expectations. G&G will always be the first company I call for a home remodeling project.
